RETURNS and REFUNDS

Online shopping can be challenging when it comes to purchasing clothing. You work hard for your money and we want you to love your purchase. We are also committed to bringing you peace of mind when wanting to try something new. If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason, simply email us and let us know. You will have 14 days to return unworn and unwashed items for an exchange or a full refund. If items have been worn, we cannot take back the merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please allow 3-5 days after we receive the item back for the return to process. If you feel you have received defective merchandise, please email support@onyxbutterfly.com to discuss having the issue corrected.

Discount Items: Items sold at a discount are final sales and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Return Items: When returning an item(s), please include the receipt sent with your purchase along with your name, email, & phone number. Please email support@onyxbutterfly.com for return shipping instructions and/or any concerns regarding our policy. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days of processing (dependent on your card issuers policies).

Non-Returnable Items: If items are returned after the 14-day return policy period or arrive in unsaleable condition, the customer will not be issued an in-store credit and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the postage back to them.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within the USA is free on orders $50.00 or more. Order processing usually takes between 2-7 days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email (be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it). Shipping is handled by one of our partner couriers - DHL, USPS, and local post offices. Shipping will take approx. 2 to 4 weeks from time of order to be delivered to you.

Shipping for International Orders is a flat rate of $10.00.

Because not all of our products are stored in one warehouse, and because some of our products are hand-crafted, and made to order, you may get multiple packages per order. We make every effort to ship products as soon as possible.

DELIVERY

Delivery times will vary according to location, and are estimated here:

United States: 1-3 weeks
Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 2-4 weeks
UK & Europe: 2-4 weeks
Central, & South America: 2-4 weeks
Asia & the rest of the world: 2-4 weeks

We cannot guarantee delivery times, and during high-volume periods, on very rare occasions, delivery may take up to 6 weeks. If your order has not arrived in 8 weeks, you will be eligible for a full refund.
