How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number notifying you that your item(s) are in transient to you.  

I want my shipment as soon as possible, how quickly can I receive it?

All of our products are sourced from vendors in the USA, Europe, and Asia.  Processing orders can take 2-7 days and delivery can take between 1-3 weeks.  We make every effort to get you your order as soon as possible.  Each product will vary. 

Cancellations
All sales are final. However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. We stand by our products and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. 

Customs and Duties
Some deliveries may be subject to import taxes and duties which are set by your countries local customs office. All applicable duties, fees, and additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for them.
